London’s highly acclaimed French patisserie has launched a brand new pastry range, the ‘Miracles’ collection… and it seems London foodies can’t get enough!

The creations of Maître Choux head executive chef, Olivier Mourelon – previously of the Michelin-starred Club Gascon as well as a Cordon Bleu lecturer – each ‘Miracle’ is a semi-spherically shaped pastry, sat atop a pie crust. While the pie crusts are individually filled with a nut-based preparation or a delicate cream filling, the spheres are filled with multiple layers of delicious flavours, each of which comes into its own on the palate as you eat through the ‘Miracle’.

True to their name, ‘Miracles’ will only be available in a limited number each day, sold on a first come first serve basis at Maître Choux’s South Kensington store!
