Hello! Clemmie here – your Nutrition & Wellness Editor.
I’m a London-based nutritional therapist, having trained at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am also a full member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy).
Alongside content and recipe creating, I run my own online nutrition clinics, working with clients throughout the UK and internationally. I passionately believe in the healing power of nutrition and the effect it can have on every aspect of our health and wellbeing. I don’t believe in dieting or banning foods – you’ll see none of that on here (except maybe debunking the odd diet myth). Food should be a source of joy and life is too short not to enjoy the things we love. It’s about getting the balance right, educating ourselves and making healthy choices where we can.
I’m also a working mum and I know how hard it can be to look after ourselves when we have little people to take care of and run around after! My goal is to provide the mums of London with some useful wellness tips, parent hacks, nutrition advice and easy family recipes to make life a little easier.
I’m really excited to join the team at My London Times and can’t wait to work with some amazing brands, small businesses and inspiring people.
