Brace yourselves, Londoners! After the success of Guilty by Olivier in Lisbon, Porto and Bankok, the international restaurant group offering casual dining with a twist has turned its spotlight to the UK’s capital, landing a permanent spot at London’s most ‘Instagrammable Hotel‘ nhow London!
Located on the intersection of Islington, Clerkenwell and Shoreditch, Guilty by Olivier serves as more than just a restaurant. It’s a cool spot where you can hang out, chill, and enjoy some induegent food and boozy cocktails. The whole experience is all about ‘vibes dining’ with funky neon lights, and a fun service.
The menu totally Instagram-worthy (as you’ll see from my IG posts!), featuring dishes such as Shameless; an indulgent beef burger with baked tomatoes, pesto and crispy pancetta; or Galant Calzone, consisting of confit duck, mushrooms, truffle-flavoured olive oil and cream, or Ravishing; stuffed raviolis with beetroot ricotta cheese, rocket and parmesan cheese. The meal needn’t stop there, Guilty by Olivier’s dessert menu has plenty to wow, with the likes of Kinder Chocolate Cheesecake and Crunchy Decadence, a dessert of homemade Churros with Chocolate and Dulce de Leche. Vegetarian and vegans are well taken care of with many options such as Extravagant, a delicious bianca based pizza, with a mix of luxurious cheeses and black truffle (vegan offering) and other plant alternatives.
The atmosphere will gently evolve throughout the day, and as the sun fades the tempo rises to lively nights hosted by a resident DJ. Guilty by Olivier is located at nhow London lifestyle hotel’s large, bright and boldly-designed ground floor – look out for its iconic life-size angel wings! The two brands perfectly complement one another with a joint love of fun, playful designs, evident in every part of this collaboration. nhow London’s 190-room hotel, designed by architect group Project Orange, is packed full of stylish and contemporary art curated by Shoreditch locals, Jealous Gallery. Similar to nhow London, Guilty by Olivier is all about ‘good vibes’ and doesn’t take itself too seriously.
