New Opening: Doughnation Opens in Covent Garden this May | My London Times

Exciting news awaits food enthusiasts as Doughnation, a new pizza brand, prepares to make its debut on the ground floor of 3 Henrietta Street in Covent Garden this month. The restaurant will specialise in artisan-crafted pizzas, skillfully prepared on stretched dough and featuring thoughtfully selected, high-quality ingredients with unique and delicious toppings.

Expect savouring creations such as the Potato Pizza and the Truffled Mushroom Ragout, adding an innovative twist to traditional pizza flavours. In addition, patrons can look forward to a concise selection of salads, side dishes, and pizza crust dippers to complement their dining experience.

An alfresco Doughnation terrace will also open on Covent Garden’s piazza opposite the restaurant, featuring a gin-spritz menu, pizza brunches, happy hour and a unique breakfast offer. Silent Pool Gin has created a menu of innovative gin cocktails to be enjoyed alongside the menu this summer.

What’s more, Doughnation is committed to making a meaningful impact, one slice at a time, with the cost of a slice from each pizza being donated to causes close to the brand’s heart.

You’ll find Doughnation on the ground floor of 3 Henrietta Street, joining existing British restaurant Pivot Bar & Bistro and Hawaiian street food restaurant El Ta’koy.
